Returns
We want to ensure you have a great sales experience with us and part of that is having a clear returns policy. All returns claims must be arranged prior to return - please contact us via email or our Facebook page for Return Authorisation.
There are 2 types of returns:
Warranty Returns (Please see the Warranty Page for applicable warranty):
Dead on Arrival (DOA) - The customer should notify us within 14 days of receiving the item. Customers claiming a DOA return must return the item in its original condition with full packaging and no physical damage.
Standard Warranty - If an item or component proves to be defective we may offer to replace it in cases where stock is available. If we cannot replace the item, we may issue a refund. Refunds will be provided only once an item has been returned and tested for verification, along with all originally supplied components and accessories. Any item that has been modified or deliberately damaged will not be accepted for return. We bear no responsibility for loss of data resulting from item defects, the replacement/repair of items and components, or any other reason.
The customer is responsible for covering all costs associated with the return of items, including (but not limited to) shipping charges. If the item is assessed with a fault covered under warranty and we cannot replace it and you provide a copy of your postage receipt, we will refund the return postage. We can only refund or replace items we actually receive. We highly recommend you return items with postage insurance as we will not be liable for lost or damaged product returns.
'Change of Mind' Returns:
We are not obliged to accept returns because of a change of mind however we will assess these on a case by case basis. If we accept a 'change of mind' return, there will be a charge of 25% of the product sale price ('returns re-stocking fee') and it is the customer responsibility to return the product including any supplied components and accessories in its original form to us. We can only refund items we actually receive therefore we highly recommend you return items using Registered Post or Courier which will provide proof of receipt. If the item shows signs of intentional misuse, accidental damage (exposure to liquids, etc.) or modifications to product or packaging, we may at our discretion reject the 'change of mind' return.
Returns relating to Item Description and Condition for Refurbished+; Refurbished or Used Products
Where ever possible, we try to provide the most accurate product description and its condition at the time of listing. We try to take as many photos as possible to show actual condition. Please review the Item Condition (Found under the title) and Photos carefully before bidding as we will not accept returns where a fault or defect has been clearly given and shown on the product page.
We are not obliged to accept returns because of a change of mind or there is an issue or cosmetic defect with the item that was listed on the product page at the time of sale.
