The warranty start date will be the date the item is purchased.
We do not accept returns or refunds for the following products or conditions
- Opened / Used software
- Product is sold As-Is or Parts / Not Working
- Product is not in resaleable condition
- Missing accessories, parts or original packaging
- Warranty VOID stickers broken
- Physically damaged (not in original condition)

10 Month RTB Warranty on Refurbished+ Items
All Refurbished+ items come with a 10 month return-to-base warranty. For returns information, please see the Returns section.
Should you have an issue after the 10 month return-to-base warranty period, please contact us as we may be able to quote on repairing the item or suppling replacement parts if available.
90 Day RTB Warranty on Refurbished Items
All refurbished items come with a 90 day return-to-base warranty. For returns information, please see the Returns tab.

Warranty Conditions & Exclusions
While we may provide battery cycle information, any battery-containing devices are provided without any specific guarantee or warranty as to the performance or life of the battery in the item. Any and all software provided comes without guarantee of any kind. This warranty does not cover damage incurred from incorrect installation or improper use, exposure to liquids or moisture, modification, unauthorised repair or any issues we have disclosed in the item listing and for cosmetic damage (scratches, marks) we disclosed in the item listing.
If an item or component proves to be defective we may offer to replace it in cases where stock is available. We bear no responsibility for loss of data resulting from item defects, the replacement/repair of items and components, or any other reason. If we cannot replace the item, we may issue a refund. Refunds will be provided only once an item has been returned and tested for verification, along with all originally supplied components and accessories. Any item that has been modified or deliberately damaged will not be accepted for return.
